SSPL, a Manufacturing Company having been in the industry for over 25 Years, approached us with a unique problem. They were having quite a good order book but were unable to execute either completely or on-time. Backlogs were mounting. Precious time of many people in the organisation was getting wasted in trying to convince an already frustrated customer. They were on brink of loosing key and big accounts. Errors in execution were increasing and so were the quality defects. While the risk of loosing revenue loomed large, profits started to deteriorate. That was when we entered.
